Quilt, a Bay Area start-up creating home climate systems designed to move humanity off fossil fuels, reached out to us to design a showhouse in which they could launch their new product. We furnished, updated, and styled the 3,800 square foot home with almost entirely vintage and antique pieces, in order to stay aligned with their ethos and highlight the new heating/cooling system. The Quilt Home served as an engineering lab, event venue, showroom, and overnight experience all in one. We collaborated with Lorraine Woodruff-Long to curate and showcase a collection of her handcrafted quilts that also convey messaging about climate change and environmental impact.
